Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is a group of modern health care clinics located in downtown Toronto. We are looking to add a Client Experience Lead to our downtown Toronto location. This is the ideal job for a passionate and engaging service orientated candidate to work in a positive health care setting!

Foundation Physiotherapy is a physiotherapist-owned and operated facility. We provide physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy services to clients living and/or working in downtown Toronto. At Foundation Physiotherapy, our focus is on delivering exceptional results and services, learning new techniques, advancing our capabilities, and of course, having an exceptional team environment!


Position Overview


We require enthusiastic individuals to regularly engage with clients, along with ensuring the clinic's experience is kept at a high quality. This position is catered to a candidate looking for full-time work, looking to gain managerial skills and marketing skills along with utilizing their creative energy. Foundation Physiotherapy also provides a benefits plan with coverage for health, dental and medication. Our staff will also enjoy credits to use in-house for massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic services!

The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality. Experience with billing and creating email communication would be an asset. The ideal candidate should have flexibility in working mornings (starting at 8am) and evenings (until 8:00 pm). 

Responsibilities include:
-High quality interactions with clients 
-Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments
-Payment reconciliation
-Maintaining and managing accounts receivables 
-Managing, training, and overseeing the client experience team
-Direct support to the clinic director with reporting and billing
-Administrative tasks as assigned
-Understanding and selling related health care services and products
-Developing and delivering company promotions and onsite marketing events
-Smiling, laughing and having a good time!

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
