We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from physiotherapists and chiropractors. We are hiring for multiple locations in Toronto, both part-time and full-time employees.
Compensation:
- A base hourly wage for clinical and non clinical hours (min 6 hours/shift)
- On top of that, you earn a commission per clinical hour.
- You can also earn quarterly bonuses, education allowances

Your responsibilities include :
- Direct service and client care
- Making appropriate referrals to your colleagues
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Promoting preventative care, wellness, and massage therapy
- Building a loyal caseload of engaged and health conscious clients
- Assisting the company in marketing and community outreach events.

Requirements :
- Must be a member of the CMTO.
- Must have an interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
- Must be able to treat a minimum of 6 hours/day, with 3 clients back to back, followed by a break.
- Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development.
- Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills.
- Be able to provide social media and blog content

Compensation
$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
