Senior Associate Physiotherapist – Leaside/North York/East York

Foundation Physiotherapy at Leaside is a satellite clinic located within Unify Medical in beautiful Leaside Village We have two private rooms in a clinic staffed by family physicians and orthopedic surgeons. All initial assessments are one hour, with follow ups being 30 or 60 minutes based on your treatment plan.
Compensation: Based on full time employee status, the compensation is equivalent to $100,000 to $120,000+* Compensation will start with a base wage plus commission per patient hour, progressing to a competitive commission model with bonuses on billings and clinic success.
Availability: You will be available upon the start date for a minimum of 24 available hours. You will progress into a full time role within 6-12 months. committing 32 hours for patient care, and 6-8 hours of management.
Responsibilities: As a physiotherapist at our Leaside location, you’ll be responsible for assessing, managing and delivering outcomes to patients. You are confident in communicating and managing physiotherapy flow in a physician’s office, regularly reporting and providing feedback to the brand. You thrive on your own and are strong in directing administration. You're confident in designing, executing and selling treatment plans. You will enjoy working with physicians to educate on the benefits of physiotherapy and optimize referrals.
Growth: This position will provide potential to grow into managing a team at a stand alone location within 9-12 months. You must be interested in management, leadership and community outreach to thrive in this position.

- You must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a private practice setting.
- You can work independently alongside physicians and medical office administrators, with support and systems in place from the brand.
- You want to grow into a leadership role.

- You are confident in mentoring junior staff, hosting meetings and weekly team huddles.
- You can offer guidance on clinical cases and professional development.
